The Music Center has closed its theatres effective March 12 until further notice according to L.A. County's continuing "Safer at Home" order. All presentations, public gatherings, education programs and tours have been cancelled or rescheduled. Please check our COVID-19 FAQ & updates page for more detailed information.

With these theatre closures, all Music Center on-campus restaurants will be closed until further notice.


As part of the restoration of its expansive Jerry Moss Plaza in Downtown L.A., The Music Center created Abernethy’s as a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Abernethy’s features emerging chefs from throughout L.A. Chosen for their culinary talent and entrepreneurship, these chefs reflect the cultural diversity of Los Angeles County’s residents, cuisine, neighborhoods and businesses.

Tuesday-Friday: 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Cocina Roja

This traditional Mexican al fresco taqueria offers authentic tacos, larger entrées and street fare, which can be paired with an array of legitimate libations.

Located at 135 N. Grand Ave on the plaza level on Grand Avenue adjacent to The Music Center's Ahmanson Theatre
Open for service two hours prior to all evening performances at The Music Center's Ahmanson Theatre and Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.

Concert Hall Cafe

This casual dining option offers gourmet selection of fresh salads, cheese plates, sandwiches, homemade cookies, beer and wine. Daily hot entrees and an eclectic salad bar add to the experience.

Go Get Em Tiger

L.A.'s original coffee bar serving locally-roasted coffee, signature beverages and house-made pastries daily from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with extended hours on performance days.

The Mullin Wine Bar aims to showcase L.A.'s creative pulse and vibrant culinary and bar scene. It's the perfect place to grab a glass of wine from an exceptional vinter, a cocktail from an expert mixologist or a bite from a rotating selection of L.A. best food trucks.
