Creative Residencies

Local youth engage with visiting dance companies for multiple days in creative residencies both at school sites and The Music Center. Each year that The Music Center presents Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, a week-long residency is offered for multiple schools in the area. Other creative residency opportunities include the Royal Ballet working with Straight Up Abilities in recent years, and a residency with Pilobolus in October 2021.
