Are there “family restrooms”?
Family restrooms can be found in the Grand Lobby of the Walt Disney Concert Hall and in between the men and women’s restrooms in the Mark Taper Forum. Baby changing areas can be found in the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in restrooms below lobby level. For special needs/assistance, contact Guest Services.
Where are the nearest ATM’s?
Get cash fast by visiting the Wells Fargo ATM on The Music Center Plaza on the Hope Street side of the Mark Taper Forum. Chase and LA Financial Credit Union also have ATMs nearby on the southwest corner of First and Hope Streets.
Are cameras allowed in the theatres?
No cameras are allowed.
Can I bring food and/or drinks into the auditorium?
Food and/or drinks can be enjoyed in the lobby areas of the theaters. We kindly ask that patrons not bring these items into theater auditoriums.
Do you have a coat check room?
Yes, complimentary coat check is available at all theatres (except the Mark Taper Forum) and also at Active Arts events.
What is recommended dress code for theatre performances?
There is no standard dress code, however, shirts and shoes are required. We recommend dress attire anywhere from business casual to formal, depending on the performance or event that you are attending.
Does The Music Center have a Lost & Found?
Articles lost or found will be held by the head ushers of each theatre until the end of the performance. Thereafter, please contact the Security Desk at the Artists Entrance of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, 135 N. Grand Ave. (213) 972-7406.
Can I be added to or removed from a mailing list for The Music Center and Resident Company events?
Yes, email us or call (213) 972-7211 with your request to be included or removed from The Music Center, Center Theatre Group, LA Phil, LA Opera or LA Master Chorale’s direct mail lists. You can subscribe/unsubscribe to more than one list.

Can I enter and exit parking garages with one parking ticket?
No. One ticket per entry is allowed at The Music Center’s garages.

Is the auditorium included in tours of Walt Disney Concert Hall?
Due to extensive rehearsal, technical and/or maintenance schedules, we are unable to include the Auditorium as part of the tour.
How far in advance can I book a tour?
A tour can be booked no more than 2 months in advance. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your tour needs.
Can I take photos while on my tour?
For tours of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, photography is limited to the interior public areas of the theater. Photography of other venues at The Music Center is limited to the exteriors of the theaters.Only hand-held still and video cameras are allowed. Please, no tripods.
Are tours accessbile to visitors with disabilities?
The tour routes are fully accessible with direct paths of travel using ramps and elevators.
When visiting The Music Center for tours, where do I park my car?
For tours, it is recommended to park in The Walt Disney Concert Hall self-park garage. The garage is located beneath Walt Disney Concert Hall and the entrance is on Second Street between Grand Avenue and Hope Street. The parking fee is $20 (CASH ONLY, upon entry) and you will be able to obtain validation from the Tour Staff in order to receive an $11 refund when exiting the parking garage. Accessible parking is also available for vehicles displaying valid, state-issued disability parking placards. Additional information about parking can be found on our parking page.
Is motor coach parking available?
Motor coach parking in Downtown Los Angeles is very limited. We suggest calling Classic Parking, the operator of The Music Center's garages at (213) 972-3477 to explore available options.
