What is your favorite memory about being in the L.A. County Holiday Celebration and Why?
Perhaps my favorite part of the Los Angeles County Holiday Celebration is that moment when the Citrus Singers perform, and I can feel the energy and joy from the audience. To know that we, through the power of music, have the opportunity to do that every time we perform, is amazing. It is why I have always had a passion for music, the gift of a deep emotional response.
What do you enjoy the most about performing in general?
Music is a universal language and has the power to touch the human heart. To have the opportunity to inspire the Citrus Singers to be the best they can be; to bring the spirit of music alive and then share that spirit with our audiences is one of the most rewarding feelings I have ever experienced.
If you could say one uplifting thing to Los Angeles and the people watching your video now, what would it be?
The holidays tend to bring out the best in so many of us. It is why I love the season so much; the sense of joy, love, and hope. It would be amazing to remember those feelings and live the spirit of all that the holiday season can be, not only in December, but every single day of the year.
