Q: When should I arrive for entrance to the Holiday Celebration?
A: Seating is first come, first served. Doors to The Music Center’s Dorothy Chandler Pavilion open at 2:30 p.m.; however, a line outdoors along Hope Street on the west side of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion starts forming at roughly 9:00 a.m. Please arrive as early as possible.
Q: Can I bring seating for waiting in line?
A: Setting up chairs in line is prohibited.
Q: Can I leave and re-enter the Holiday Celebration?
A: Yes, you can leave and re-enter the Holiday Celebration; however, your seating upon re-entry is not guaranteed.
Q: Is there ADA accessibility during the event?
A: Yes, there is seating for guests with disabilities. Arrive to the Main Music Center garage through the entrance on Grand Avenue. Parking is free of charge. ADA designated parking is on P4. Please ask parking attendants if you need assistance. Elevators are located on the Grand Avenue (south) side of the parking garage. Take elevators to level P (Plaza). The ADA check in table is on the Plaza level/Grand Avenue side of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion along the colonnade. Please arrive at 2:00 p.m.

A: Yes, the Holiday Celebration will be broadcast live on December 24, 2018, from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. It will be re-broadcast on PBS SoCal on December 24 at 9:00 p.m. and on December 25, 2018, at noon, as well as on PBS SoCal 2 on December 25 at 3:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and December 26 at 11:00 a.m.

A: The following items are prohibited in the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion auditorium and must be taken back to your car or checked in at coat check before entering the seating area:

A: Yes, food is available for sale at Upstage Burger on the Plaza Level on the corner of 1st Street and Grand Avenue adjacent to the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Dorothy Chandler Intermission bars will be open outside at 1:00 p.m. and inside throughout the performance (3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.) with full food and beverage options. C+M Cafe on the corner of 1st Street and Grand Avenue adjacent to the Walt Disney Concert Hall will be open from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
