American Youth Symphony
L.A. County Holiday Celebration Featured Performers

About
The American Youth Symphony (AYS) strives to inspire the future of classical music by providing advanced training and fellowships to virtuosic young adults and exceptional, innovative and free concerts to the Los Angeles Community. Founded in 1964 by renowned conductor Mehli Mehta, AYS celebrates 55 seasons as an influential architect in building the future of classical music.
As AYS nurtures the concert artists of tomorrow, we also work to cultivate new audiences to appreciate and support their extraordinary talent. By presenting remarkable free concerts at both world-class venues and community spaces, we remain committed to creating access and opportunity for everyone to experience the inspiration of this beautiful art form.
