Full subscribers may exchange tickets across engagements^ within the same season for free* - pay only for the difference in ticket price.
Flex subscribers may exchange tickets within the same engagement in the same seating section for a $5 exchange fee per ticket.
Tickets for a past performance are not eligible for exchange. This applies to both Full and Flex Subscribers. All exchanges are subject to availability. The Box Office makes every effort to provide the best available seating at the time of your exchange. However, comparable seats are not guaranteed. Exchange early for the best seats. While subscribers receive special discounted rates on all seats, if you exchange into a higher-priced seat or date, you will be charged the difference.
