iPalpiti 21st Season Festival Opening Night Gala
Festival opens its 21st season with a gala celebrating Maestro Eduard Schmieder’ 70th birthday. Acclaimed for its “beauteous string playing”, its “lustrous, polished tone” and its “splendid and colorful sound,” iPalpiti (Italian for “heartbeat”) orchestra returns to Los Angeles featuring 25 select young prize-winning classical solo musicians from 22 countries. MAJESTIC CLASSICS program will feature Bach Chaconne, Tchaikovsky Rococo Variations with cellist Eldar Saparayev, and Mussorgsky’ Pictures at an Exhibition.
