August 6, 2022, 7:00 p.m.
Walt Disney Concert Hall
The Los Angeles Korean-American Musicians’ Association (LAKMA) continues its musical mission to promote Peace and Harmony at home and abroad in an evening concert featuring Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, traditional Korean music, and moving messages from Women Cross DMZ about bringing an end to the Korean War.
LAKMA uses music to bring people together, to work together, to perform together, to listen together and to each other, and to find a way to live together in peace.
Our Campus Safety Protocols
As a commitment to safety for all who visit our campus, we require all who attend a performance inside any of The Music Center’s theatres to either show proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test following L.A. County guidelines for antigen or PCR tests. You can find more detailed information at musiccenter.org/safety.
Stay Home if You are Sick
If you have a cough, difficulty breathing, fever or chills; have been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days; or are currently under quarantine or isolation, please stay home. If you are a ticketholder, please contact the Box Office for your performance or event to inquire about ticket exchange, donation or refund.
Wash Your Hands
Wash your hands with soap and water or use the hand sanitizer stations located around The Music Center campus and Grand Park.
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has continued its mask mandate for all County facilities, including The Music Center. Our mask mandate remains in effect for anyone who visits the theatres for indoor performances, events and tours, as well as to dine in the restaurants on The Music Center campus. We encourage the use of masks for anyone outdoors on The Music Center campus. In addition, you must wear a face covering once you enter an outdoor concert and/or dancing area during an event on Jerry Moss Plaza. We recommend disposable 3-ply surgical masks, N95, KN95, or KF94 masks
Bring a valid I.D. and proof of full vaccination (or negative COVID test)
All patrons must pass through COVID-19 screening for all performances and events inside The Music Center's theaters. Please bring a valid I.D. and either proof of full vaccination or a negative COIVD test. If you plan to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test, an antigen test must be taken within 24 hours prior to the start of the event, and a PCR test must be taken within 48 hours prior to the start time; this includes children over 2 years of age. At-home COVID tests will not be accepted for entry.
