The Fulgent Mobile Vaccine Van will be on Jerry Moss Plaza at The Music Center for a free two-day vaccine clinic offering the COVID-19 vaccine and 2^nd dose boosters and the Monkeypox vaccine. Enjoy music while getting vaccinated.

Walk-ins are available; appointments are highly encouraged. Second dose boosters will be available for eligible individuals. 

Please remember to bring a photo ID and your confirmation number. If you have health insurance, please bring your health insurance card. Please note COVID-19 vaccines are free of charge regardless of insurance status.

Persons under the age of 18 will need to have a parent or guardian present. 

Examples of proof of age for ages 12 - 17:

• Driver’s license or permit (foreign country or expired ID accepted)
• California ID card or REAL ID card (from the DMV)
• Consular ID (Matricula Consular)
• Medicare card
• Membership card (foreign country okay if it is written in English)
• Passport (foreign country or expired accepted)
• Birth certificate
• Medical document/records (including immunization records) from medical provider, clinic or doctor
• Any official document that includes name

Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be available for COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters. Jynneos vaccine will be available for Monkeypox vaccinations.
