SPOTLIGHT AWARDS

The Music Center Spotlight Awards program culminates with an evening of performances. This year, the final performance will take place on the stage of the Ahmanson Theatre. The twelve student finalists perform before celebrity judges, family, friends, and the public. First Grand Prize in each category receives a $5,000 scholarship, Second Grand Prize receive a $4,000 scholarship, and honorable mentions receive a $250 scholarship each. The final performance competition is produced by award-winning director/producer Jeff Margolis whose extensive professional experience includes Emmy-nominated Academy Awards productions and numerous television specials.
