How are seats assigned?
Seats are assigned by the box office in the order that tickets are purchased.
Can you tell me my seat or aisle number?
Since seats are assigned by the box office in the order that tickets are purchased, you will get your exact seating assignment when you receive your ticket(s). By selecting a particular section, you are guaranteed to be seated in that section.
Will my group be seated together?
When you purchase your seats in the same section under one transaction, your seats will be together.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
There are no exchanges or refunds for single ticket purchases. If you are unable to attend, please consider donating your tickets to The Music Center for resale. To donate your tickets, call (213) 972-8550. You will receive a receipt for your donation.
I lost my tickets, can you issue me new tickets?
Call (213) 972-8550 for the replacement of lost or stolen tickets for a fee of $1 per ticket. For your protection, replacement tickets can only be picked up at the Box Office directly before the performance.
