The Very Special Arts Festival celebrates the artistic achievements of students with disabilities along with their mainstream peers. The festival features continuous performances on two stages, workshops in the visual and performing arts and an exhibit of more than 1,000 pieces of student art created around the theme.
The event is held on the Plaza of the Music Center in partnership with the Los Angeles Unified School District and the Los Angeles County Office of Education. Teachers interested in bringing their classes should start arranging their field trip buses now. The public is welcome to attend this free festival and no reservations are required. |
