The Music Center archive
was established in 1969 to for the preservation and study of the records relating to the history of theatre, music, dance and associated organizations at the Music Center.
The Collection includes programs, posters, photographs, publicity materials, correspondence, artifacts, sketches and drawings, costumes, film, videotapes, audio tapes, memorabilia art and books of the Music Center, our Resident Companies - Los Angeles Philharmonic, Los Angeles Opera, Los Angeles Master Chorale and Center Theatre Group, our former Resident Companies - The Civic Light Opera, The Joffrey Ballet - and each company, presenter or member organization that performs at the Music Center.
