For non-drummers and drummers of all levels,

*What is wellness through drumming? This approach focuses on rhythm as a tool for reflection, relaxation, and stress relief utilizing gentle rhythms, wellness exercises, and opportunities for connecting with others through creative self-expression.

The Music Center is located at 135 N. Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles. Parking is available in Music Center garage for $9 on evenings and weekends.
